He brings exceptional operational insight, strategic leadership and deep experience of defence capability.

Mark is Royal Navy veteran and former defence and aviation executive with a track record of building businesses and partnerships. Focused on growth, investment and bringing innovative ideas successfully to market. 

Jez is an engineer and technology entrepreneur with decades of experience developing autonomous systems, advanced mobility platforms and mission-critical technologies.
